Please do not leave fires or candles unattended at any time. Keep hose near by or a bucket of water to douse the fire in the fire pit when finished.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND PLEASE NO REDS....NO DARK COLOR DRINKS OR ANYTHING THAT WILL STAIN THE CARPETS
Please take EVERYTHING that you brought in and leave everything the way you found it. Do not rearrange furniture. Theft, vandalism, and polluting of any kind will not be tolerated. Violators will be prosecuted and billed for any damage.
Leave the key-keys to the Bungalow on the coffee table.
If you book 5 days and decide to stay 3 you are still liable for the amount of days you booked. The balance of your stay will be expected upon your arrival.
If there is an emergency of any kind call 911. If there is a fire, leave immediately and call 911 from the neighbor’s house. Take notice of your fastest exit and discuss emergency plans with your group.
By signing the agreement below you release all claims and liabilities against any and all managers, owners, and proprietors Bayou Bungalow.

DEPOSIT $100.00 IS REQUIRED AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU DECIDE AT THE LAST MINUTE TO CHANGE YOUR PLANS. OTHERWISE THE DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR STAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Upon making a reservation if paying by a check, please mail ASAP so the reservation can be confirmed. If not received within ten days then the reservation may be lost to another client. The only exception is if reservation is made on a short notice. Check-in will then be by a set appointment.
Arrangements for obtaining the keys to the Bungalow can be negoiated prior to arrival. When you arrive please make every effort to contact us for payment of the remaining balance. We live right next door so unless we are at work on the day you arrive we can settle up the agreement when we arrive home.
There is a intercom that you can use to notify us of your arrival. If you need to use the phone it's possible that the line may be in use. Please contact us via the intercom and we'll make the line of use to you. Local as well as long distance is free of charge to you. NO INTERNATIONAL CALLS ALLOWED.
