MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION ASKED BY EVERYONE: DO I ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS? YES, A SECURE SITE THROUGH PAY PAL IS ACCEPTED FOR ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. WHETHER IT BE FOR THE DEPOSIT OR BALANCE IN FULL.

1)Will I be able to launch my boat? Yes. Right up the road is a boat ramp where you can launch your boat and bring it down to the lodge for easy access.
2) Do you rent boats? No, boats are available around the lake.
3) How equipped is the kitchen? Microwave oven, stove, frig, commercial ice maker, dishes,coffee & coffee maker.
4) How do I find the lodge: Use mapquest and the address is: 5109 B Johnson Road, Union City, Tn. 38261 .
5) Do you provide guide service? We personally do not provide the service, but we have connections to duck, goose hunting & fishing guides.
6) Are you located in a city? No, we are nestled on the banks of the Bayou De Chein in Walnut Log, Tn. Right across the Bayou is one of many Tennessee's national wildlife game reserve.
7) Do you have wildlife in the lodge's immediate area? Yes,we hundreds of diffrent species of birds including eagles, ducks, geese, deer, owls, raccoons, squirls and in season Purple Martins & etc...etc...etc..
8) Is the lodge a rustic style cabin? No, it is a single wide mobile home with a 16 x 60 additon added for a very large living area. The lodge is very well decorated for the comforts of your own home.
9) Do you have cable TV? No we offer satellite TV with 100 channels and in season usually the NFL ticket.
10) Is there a Dvd player? Yes.
11) How much to rent a Dvd movie? Free!! A library list of movies will be available and located at the lodge. Movies available are for the family style viewing.
12) Does the lodge accommodate a washer & dryer? No
13)What are the sleeping arrangements? One bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bed room with 2 twin beds, living room with a queen sofa sleeper and the upstairs room with 2 full fouton beds.
14)Do you require a deposit for reservations? Yes $100.00 will be required to hold your reservation. This deposit in non-refundable in the case you decide at the last minute to change your plans, however the deposit will be deducted from you total stay.
15) Do you have phone service? Yes, a extension from our house phone with FREE local or long distance calls in the United States Only. No international calls.
16)Are pets welcome? Yes SMALL pets are welcome. I do charge a additional fee of $5.00 per day per pet.
17)Is there a restaurant near by? The closest would be 8 miles in Samburg, Tn. or 10 miles to Hickman, Ky. You'll find in Hickman: The Hub's resturant for excellent steaks, ribs etc. Pizza To Go does deliver to the Bungalow. Talk about excellent pizza!!!!
Restaurants are all around the lake.
18)If I need cancel my reservations will I be refunded? Deposits are non-refundable and is used to hold the bungalow for you to insure you have reservations.
19) Will I be able to clean fish & game inside the lodge? No, services are available for cleaning right next door or you may use the fish cleaning house right behind our house (which is next door).
20) Does the lodge accomodate outdoor grilling? Yes, a large grill charcoal or stainless steel Jenair gas grill is provided. Bring your charcoal, steaks ect. and enjoy.
21) Is smoking allowed? No smoking allowed inside the bungalow. However smoking is allowed outside. Several smoke stands are available for your use. Thanks for not smoking.
